and thus the first veto that will be coming from governor daugard and also showing how the south dakota legislature can’t seem to learn from last time they tried and failed  as  a bill that would require those on welfare to get a drug test to be able to get benifits that include food stamps not only does this bill is pure meaness since one who may need the help is now not going to apply out of not wanting to have to take a drug test. but also showing that once again some legislatures have their priorties a little screwed up . at least its looking good that the governor who already says he is not in favor of it that its chances to be law is not going to happen. a veto coming or if the odd chance it does  a lawsuit to keep it out of operation.  but mostly first veto headed to south dakota legislature a bill requiring drug tests for those seeking welfare.
