given how hostile the legislatures at least in the south dakota house were when it came to teachers pay mostly passing it with a sales tax increase to fund it . odds are with the demand now coming from schools for a special legislative session to deal with exactly how much of the tax raise schools will get and also what teacchers get what amount. odds are if the governor does call a special session instead of one for medicare expansion as he wants odds he will find a hostile legislature who will not be happy being back for teachers pay given their feelings. will the thing happen?
schools demanding a special session for some things with pay need to be worked out .
